OUR TIMBERLINE TEAM

The people make the team. And, our team sets us apart.

Tony Mitchell

General Manager

I’ve been in construction for over 20 years. I have CCN certifications for sales mastery, production, and management. I’m a bank for product knowledge and enjoy leading a team to execute with the right products for the best results. I enjoy hanging out with my kid, duck hunting, and riding dirt bikes. PCF surrounds me with great people who want to be here and that makes my job that much more enjoyable.

Kyle Bannister

Project Manager

I love family with my family. I enjoy video games and duck hunting in the winter. I know how to have fun and lighten the mood. I aim to be an enjoyable person. I graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelors degree and some notable recognitions from the National Deck and Rail Association. I’ve been in construction since I was old enough to push a broom because my dad always dragged me along to his jobs. PCF is good people. We have a good time.

Mario Poposki

Foreman

Take me outdoors because I love snowboarding, kayaking, and hiking. I have a degree in Interior Design and Furniture, which helps me aim to building the “perfect” project. There’s such a strong sense of satisfaction I get when I come into an empty yard, and then help leave behind a masterpiece. I came to PCF years ago without any construction knowledge. PCF equipped me and gave me every opportunity to grow. It’s a 10+ company. You can’t get better than this.

Zolen Boogaerts

Foreman/Trainer

I love rock climbing, mountaineering, backpacking–anything outdoors. I make knives. I sow my own outdoor gear: hammocks, jacket, sleeping bag, all of it. I enjoy teaching and I’m good at problem-solving. Learning new skills is fun for me. I’m an Eagle Scout. I have a degree in Biology with minors in Liberal Arts and Spanish. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 5 years. PCF is a perfect blend between large company and small company.

Clayton Brumbaugh

Clayton Brumbaugh

Foreman

Steady, kind, and pragmatic best describe me. I love acting and scuba diving. This industry is familar to me. Over 20 years ago, I chose to build, and just can’t seem to let go of it. I’ve been a lead carpenter, sales manager, you name it. FOMO is not why I have held various positions in this industry, rather I have a keen sense of focus and concentration that has enabled me to finish what I start.

Jake Campbell

Foreman

Living in the Pacific Northwest is awesome! I can go to the lake or adventure on an amazing hike, but if I want to stay in and have a drink with my buddies playing video games or watching Netflix then I can do it all here. Make room for me if you’re playing tennis or softball. Working at PCF feels like an extension of my life outside of work. I’m around great company; I work with my hands while outside and even after 5 years in the construction industry, I enjoy the competitive nature of challenging myself to complete each project with excellence.

Jeremiah Judd

Jeremiah Judd

Apprentice

I’m observant and diligent. I love working with wood and building things with it. Being outdoors and staying active refreshes me. Having survived a severe car crash, I see a lot of humor in life. Some think that my nostril-flaring abilities are impressive, but for me, it’s just a reminder that I am alive and well.

Eliseo Andrade

Apprentice

I love doing life with people. I enjoy working out, snowboarding, watching movies and capitalize on opportunities to meet new people. I’m passionate, diligent, and aim to bring good vibes in whatever I do. I’m a former auto mechanic, so that experience inevitably bleeds through my journey in construction. At PCF, I enjoy all the opportunities to learn and stay motivated knowing that each day brings something new and fresh.

Joshua Frisinger

Joshua Frisinger

Apprentice

Thoughtful, funny, and brave best describe my personality. Construction is familiar to me as I grew up working on my dad’s crew. I am Scissor Lift-certified and have been a lead laborer. I’m satisfied when working with my hands, outside, and building something spectacular with a team—there is nothing like the collaborative work of a team!

Kyle Woodward

Apprentice

I enjoy cutting and assembling. Even outside of work, I’m building something for myself or my friends. My most notable recognition was in 4th grade when I placed 3rd in the Spelling Bee. That experience has shaped my career. With over 10 years of construction experience, there’s always something to learn. My out-of-box thinking usually advances a project while my anal attentiveness to jobsite organization and cleanliness keeps everyone pretty happy.

Landyn Kristek

I’m an outdoorsy guy who loves to dirtbike. I enjoy laughing with my friends and being the dependable guy. Being a positive, light-hearted supportive person to any team has served me well with others; I intend to maintain those attributes. I’ve been doing flooring and framing for several years so working for PCF is right down my alley.

Landyn Kristek

I’m passionate about helping people. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I find joy in helping client dreams come true. I’ve completed a craft apprenticeship program in concrete construction, which led me to own and operate my own decorative concrete business. Sales leadership and business management have been integral parts of my career—experience that helps create an optimal product.

I’m a man-child. I wakeboard on Lake Washington. I’m a black diamond skier. I’m a competitive tennis player. I’ve been selling door-to-door since I was 15 years old. I was a professional male model and actor in Asia through my 20’s. I’ve been a mortgage broker and public speaker for Amway. I work for my kids and my property. I love to work hard and play hard. I beat cancer and it was PCF that gave me the zest I needed to aspire for the next day.

Dustin Dietzman

I grew up around the construction industry, but my passion was for electrical. In the early 2000s, I started my own electrical company. After 14 years in business, I sold my company and moved to Costa Rica with my wife and 3 kids. For 6 years, we enjoyed the culture, the surf, and the jungle. Now that I live in the Pacific Northwest, I’m happy to be back at it again, helping people create cool outdoor spaces to make memories with their own families!

Ashton Walters

Ashton Walters

Sales Representative

The thing I love doing most is working with my hands through the crafts of woodworking and painting. I am most proud of weathering through the death of my father and taking over his hospitality business with my sister – it taught me resilience, patience, and hard work. Something I do well is combine humor with empathy for the people in my life, as well as new people I meet. I grew up around the construction industry with my step-father owning his own roofing business. Combining those familiar ties with my passion for customer experience aligns well with my future goals within PCF.

Cameron Formanczyk

Cameron Formanczyk

Helping people is the reason I chose PCF. I am an outgoing musician and husband who has changed gears to pursue a career in the construction industry. I have always been around construction and acquired many skills over the years as my father was a superintendent for two decades. Watching a project from start to finish and seeing the reaction of a happy customer is what drives me in this industry.

Camden Dowhower

Camden Dowhower

Sales Representative

My dad worked construction for 40 years, so it’s kind of been in the family. I’ve been a Carpenter Apprentice and Home Remodel Design Consultant. When working at Enterprise in 2019, I was part of a team that won top sales branch in the country. Being a sales person in this industry has helped me to be persistent, calm, and reflective. Outside of work, backpacking makes me happy.

You can find me in my office laughing with our team often. Thankfully, my love for hiking is a good compromise to being an avid foodie.

I don’t think anyone can beat us in that category.

Integrity and diligence are how I contribute to the heartbeat of PCF to keep the flow consistent and healthy.

Our company has an uplifting, family-friendly vibe that supports my job in bringing excellence to customer service.

I’m positive, charismatic, and empathetic. I’m a power-lifter. While I like to challenge myself physically, I love to escape musically—Thai rap is one of my favs. I love our company culture. They find your passion and gifts and somehow find ways to support and improve it.

Nothing makes me more motivated than seeing a happy homeowner with their new outdoor living space and knowing I had a hand in making their dreams come true.

Bobby Shankle

My love for the construction industry stems from my youth. My father was a General Contractor and I always loved going to job sites with him, seeing the intricacies involved into building structures and watching projects come together. I enjoy building and refining systems, graphic design, and comprehending what people are trying to communicate and turning that into a deliverable. Outside of work, crafting, gardening, adventuring, and reading comic books are my pleasures.

Shelby Coe

I’m easy-going, focused, and creative, which is why I’m pretty good at making lower budget narrative films, playing guitar, and creating music. My dad is an architect, so this field is comfortable for me.

Tyler Graves

Tyler Graves

I was always the creative kid, so a career in drafting isn’t all too shocking. Learning about new techniques for 3D modeling is fun for me. I began at Omega Engineering learning about drainage and municipal codes for different counties, but once I started to dabble with AutoCAD, I changed careers. I’m grateful to have found one that I genuinely enjoy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and paddleboarding. I was bait for drafting and I haven’t regretted it since.

Chelsea Thompson

I’m magnanimous, happy, and tenacious. I graduated with a Theatre and Business degree and quickly learned that no artistic skill can truly be a career without knowing how to run the business behind it.
